• 3+ year of web development with any object-oriented language.
• Strong understanding of web standards, and modern client-side engineering.
• Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with deployments.
• Experience in project management, and documentation.
• 3+ years of experience in Golang
• Ability to work in a fast paced internet start-up environment.
• Experience in technical mentorship/coaching is highly desirable.
